 The courses at IIST and IISER are mainly related to the research studies. That wiill keep you busy a lot regrding your research project and you wont get enough time to prepare for your MBA or develop some aptitude which will help you later on.

On the other hand at ST Stephens you will be pursuing mathematics , side by side you could also do some courses in Finance which will help you a lot all through MBA.
