It is that i belong to the non-creamy layer(OBC) what shud be the minimal rank for me to qualify for computer Engineering for IIT - Mumbai,Delhi,Kharagpur & kanpur.??

For computer Engineering for IIT - Mumbai,Delhi,Kharagpur & kanpur, you should have the rank atleast between 276 -527
