If you do not have any incilnataion towards any branch then definately you must prefer CIVIL in NIT warangal, because NIT warangal,
have good placements records, as compared to Dhanbad.
So according to me you must prefer NIT warangal with civil, as now a days u can see everywhere constructions are going on and so incresing the requirements of CIVIL engineers.
