sir,
i have secured air 4332 in jee-2009
but i am confused about which stream to choose? or whether or not i should go to iit or not?
plz help me in making a correct decision

Total seats in IITs after opening of new IITs is just 6875. AS your rank is quite close to it you wont be getting either good enough college or branch.
Good option for you will be to opt for branches at IT-BHU rather than going for IIT Guwhati or new IITs.

If you have good rank in other competitive exam better opt there and if you have just appered for 12th Board Exam, dropping a year will be the best option.
