Dear Reecha,

Total seats through EML is just 2000, as your rank is quite far away you wont be getting any college.

Start looking for private colleges at Bangalore.

yes, you can apply to 3 eml colledge like science reserch centre kolkata, mohali,pune, bhopal,trivendrapuram etc.
