Hi,My cousin has got an AIR of 19700 in AIEEE Exam with a Delhi State Rank of 1855.What branch can he expect to get in DCE/NSIT??Really appreciate any help.Thanks,Pankaj

With this rank, getting the DCE or NSIT is difficult .  But you surely can get the NIT and IIIT.
