my rank in jee 2010 is 1324.Will chemical dual in mumbai or chemical kanpur be a good option for me to choose or i shud go for mech or ece in iits like roorkee and kharagpur.

go for a dual only if you think that you can sustain it for all 5 years . Doing a dual is a good option but it can be rigid as you do not have an option to change your stream later Where as doing a B. Tech you can go for any stream in M.Tech also you can go for MBA if interested or a job and then do M.Tech later .
I wud suggest you to think long term before deciding which college to go for . All the courses and colleges that you have mentioned above are almost as good as the others .
