All the option that u have mentioned are good in terms of placement and future scope.. The first thing i ll advise is go with your choice of branch..

You can check out the order of preference:

For collage ... BITs pilani > NIT trichy, warangal > IT BHU , ISM.

Regarding Branch : CSE > civil > Mining

So just clear ur mind and think of what u love best !!
