Sir I am getting comp.engg in iit guwahati and chem.engg in iit chennai.what should I opt for.Pl.help.thx.

Please opt IIT Madras over IIT Guwahati in this case. IITB, IITD, IITK, IITKGP, IITM are among the oldest of ITs and hence much more reputed than the other IITs. If you want a better department than chemical, you must try opting something in IIT Kgp as there are more seats in every department in Kgp and you ll stand a better chance of getting mechanical B-Tech or dual degree or B-Tech in instrumentation engineering.
