I have seen your reply and noted that as per my rank I,m likely to get CIVIL in Kanpur,Delhi Bombay or Roorkee. While filling up the choice form,should I consider new IITs also. If yes,which new ones you recommend. Plz advice.

Dear Himanshu,

New IITs are just made ,they are not well stablized having lack of funds. As they are mentored by older IITs they do even have lodging and fooding problems. The faculty is less and not well experienced. There are various cells in IIT like placement cell, enterprenuership cell etc. which look after the betterment of the students. You wont be having those facilities there.

Considering these things in mind i would suggest you not to look for new IITs.
