As your rank is quite good .. you can get a good branch in almost all old IITs also in IT BHU and ISM Dhanbad. so better option is to go for old IITs And regarding choosing the best branch .. just clear ur mind and think of what u love best. dont compromise on that coz u got to live with it all ur life..
