my iit rank is 4996should i go to iit or bits(or nit)

As your rank is 4996 in JEE 2010, so almost chances are less that you can get any desired branch in IIT's , so my advice for you

would be that if you any how manage to get into BITS then that would be the better option for you or if NIT warangal or trichy .

But as you marks in AIEEE  suggests that chances are less t hat you can get any of these NIT'S , so overall best option for you would be that  you can go for BITS .
