i have got a rank of 3961 in iit 2010.i want u to suggest me some branches that i can select.what according to u is important branch or iit?i want to take admission in any one of the seven main iits.what abt the new iits?should i try for them?if i get biotechnology in institute like guwahati or roorkee should i opt for it??is it a good branch(biotechnology as i am intereted in it)

does it have good scope and placements or we have to go into research for it??
