i got 102 in iit jee. which branch i should opt for best placements.

Congrats for a good rank in JEE. 

You will get all the options to choose from . As about best branches for placements . Mech . ,Ece. are safer options you will always have good paying jobs in them . part from that CS has a good scope to .

Thus i wud suggest you to choose a branch of your choice from the above as what is more important is to like the subject that you study and also like the job that you eventually wud be doing thus go for a branch of your interest.
