Congrats for such a good rank !!!
Along with the two you have mentioned above you can get into MECH. Dual IIT-KANPUR .
I wud suggest if you willing to just do a B.tech as of now go for IIT-KGP and then give gate for M.TCH. or if you are fine with a dual degree you can go for DUAL from KANPUr instead of IIT-M
