A civil dual from IIT-B would be good but the scope for civil is comparitively less in india then abroad . Whereas electrical is a safer bet you will surely get a good job in it . Automotive too has a scope abroad then in the country
so i wud suggest you to think about all your priorities and your liking of subject and only then make the final choice .
