You can go for-

Physics- HC Verma. Its the only book i have done in physics to get into IIT. Unsolved questions given at the back of every chapter are must to be done.

 

Chemistry- J.D.Lee for inorganic,  Morrison & Boyd for organic and O.P.Tondon/ Comprehenssive for Physical.

 

Maths - M.L.Khanna
