ECE - here you ll learn abt electronic devices/ instruments, prodn, manufacturing etc..
AERO - deals with avionics, construction of aeroplanes , research and design
Civil - construction of heavy structures , beascially deals in mechanics which concentrates on geotechnical data, structures, hydraulics and other geolgy
Biotech - Its purely research engg. on cells, plants etc. It has less research space in INDIA
If u want to be service provider for companies go for ECE or CIVIL , civil is like field jobs and ECE is a deskjob
