I dont understand what mark to expect in jee 2010 as it is still not clear how marking wil be done?

Is jee going to be reconducted?

according to my estimation i am getting around 200 marks in jee 2010. Will i get entry into iit bombay with any branch and then on basis of first years performance can i switch over to nanoscience?

As per 200 marks you can get a rank or around 4500. But the final rank depends on the category you have appeared in . 

As of now there is no conformation that reconduction jee will be done and most probabely it won't happen .

Yes you can switch to other branch after first year but it is subject to your performance and the available seats in the the required branch.
