I am of 12^th standard and I want to get into IIST .Will it be possible? What is the entrance exam I need to write to get into it? What is the cutoff mark for that exam?

the admission will purely based on the ranks of jee advanced 2017 , and yes , uare elligible , if you can qualify jee advanced ., 
in 20^th may , u need to doa  separate registration on iist website mentioning the jee advanced roll no . 
and also , u need to qualify jee advanced , in order to get admission in iist , 

the cutoff vary year by year , so, hold on for that .
