Sir in IIT counselling suppose I got seat in round 1 .When I apply for round 2,will I lose my round 1 seat?

If you got a seat in Round 1,there are three options. First option is FREEZE which means you are satisfied with the given seat and want to retain that seat. Next option is SLIDE which means your are accepting the seat and wish to upgrade to a course of higher preference given by you if allocated in the further rounds provided the course is in the same institute. Final option is FLOAT which means you are accepting that seat and wish to upgrade to a course of higher preference given by you in any institute. CLICK APPROVED IF SATISFIED
