I am a one year dropper and i am very confident to make into BITS Pilani or Goa campus with CSE.Do i have to face any problem during my placement session?

no, bits is a good private college with high degree placement . so, i donot think that u will face any kind of problem in the placement . 
BTW what about the jee , try hard their and try to get into one of the nit , beacuse nit have better placement and its also of low cost .. 
OTHERWISE BITSAT CSE IS ABSOLUTELY FYN . but try in pilani campous not in other one ,
