Amino and methyl groups are electron releasing groups. They increase the electron density on benzene ring. Thus, aniline and toluene are more reactive towards electrophilic aromatic substitution reaction than aniline. Option B is correct.

Electrophilic substitution reaction rate increases if benzene attached to the electron withdrawing group but rate decreases if benzene attached to electron donating groups.

In anisole, - OCH3 is directly attached to the benzene whuch is electron donating group so decreases electrophilic substitution reaction rate
