what will be the twenty percentile for one who has completed 12th board this year and will be appearing for JEE next year?if he has cleared percentile this year, still he has to challenge percentile next year?

Its actually in the discussion that this may not be the rule from 2014.
Students will have to get only 75% in 12th board rather than being in 20 percentile.
