AS YOU ARE IN CLASS 8TH NOW , NCERT BOOKS SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST PREFERENCE. YOU SHOULD BE VERY CLEAR WITH ALL THE CONCEPTS ENTIONED IN NCERT. IT WILL HELP YOU TO FORM A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR IIT-JEE AS WELL AS NTSE. ALONG WITH THIS I THINK YOU CAN REFER TO TRISHA IIT JEE FOUNDATION SERIES.

first focus on your basics because basics are all you need to solve any difficult or heigh level questions. 
first you need to brush up your concepts , from ncert , you can take few more typical question from other good books of your class, your time has started , go get it what you want in your life , work hard …
