HEY abinash 
if you want to do masters degree then go for IITS , but in civil branch you need to qualify government exams ,
if you want a boost in income , then go for PSU like NTPC , and other you can search for that , 
you need to apply for DMRC , coz , they are giving very handsome salary for civil engineers , 
hope this will clear your doubt

give the entrance test like GATE , and enter into iit for master degree . 
that will be the most suitable option . 
and also u need to come across a series of interview , try in top companies like TECH MAHINDRA , TATA , UBER  international . 
they gives quite good salaries to civil engineers .
