Gauss law can be defined as:
Phi = Q/ epselnot
Phi = Electric flux,
Q= charge
Epselnot = permitivity ,
Gauss law is used in :
- To minimize complex integration to simpler form , You just need a gayssian surface to deal with it .
- By use of symmetry the problem is made easier
- Gaussian surface can be inside or otside the real surface.
