u have many students but i have only one askiitians.com so please sir reply with full explanation as soon as possible . state true or false with explanation: a capacitor which is charged to a certain potential using batery , and now battery is removed and capacitor is then connected to an uncharged capacitor and when switch is closed charge flows between capacitor. if this is true then why the answer to this iit 2001 question is zero: capacitor A has charge q on it whereas capacitor B in uncharged.the charge appearing on the capacitor B a long time after the switch is closed(capacitors are connected side by side wid switch in between)???please help i dont get ur reply very often.

Hi,

If the circuit is complete and the charged capacitor is connected to uncharged capacitor. Then, definitely, the charge will flow. Please check if in the mentioned question, the circuit is complete afterwards.
