Thank you sir for answering my question .I have a question can you please clear it.Both the bond in compound is sigma bond ,so that electrons are not pi electrons. And in case of 2 lone pairs we consider only one because oxygen have only 1 p orbital ao it has only 1 pair of pi electrons in case of resonance also.So, how it can have 10 pi electrons
