Velocity of pulley is the average of the velocity of the strings on each side – hint

Imagine block A and B is being pulled at the speed u insted of man pullling the string at speed u.
By Virtual Method,
\sum T.V=O
Let the velocity of mass M be V in upward direction 
applying the law
-Tu-Tu/2+2Tv=0
so,v=3u/4

Ans is u/2 tension in the block is 3T. If you take T from the side where pulley is tied to a wall o f this wrong please explain me very carefully
