No JRF is JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP exam which is given by students who are interested in pursuing research as a career. it is a pre requisite for many prestigious institutes to get admission into PHD. So it is given by Master students.

You are a 12 th passed student. You cannot give this test. Only those students who do MSc. appear for this test so that they can receive scholarship money while doing PHD.

See affter 12 some students opt for pure sciences Like BSc in particular subject and then go for Masters and research.
