Now i have completed my first year in gec thrissur for ECE. this year i got admission in bits hydrebad for EEE. Is it worth joining bits, if I want to do Ms abroad/mtech after Btech?

Bothe the colleges are of same level.
So its not worth wasting one year as you end goal is to do an MS abroad, so start building your profile in that direction and start preparing for GRE.
