You have got minimal chances in getting Pilani campus.In HYD and GOA hyd is the newer one and as per my knowledge infrastructure is good at Hyd. So I suggest you to prefer the hyd.

First preference should be given to Pilani,then hyd,goa
Its equal Impaortant to get desired course.In India there are many good Universities which provide desired course and good scholarships,they help in enhancing your communication skills.
