Sir i m scoring 30% in advanced like pattern exam. So can i get 7000 rank in jee advanced 2017

thats depend upon the toughness of exam paper , the mock test about which you are talking , thats completely diffrent from jee advanced exam . 
so, try to get better , for 7000 rank you need 45 percent approx . 
so, try to improve your performance and practice prev year paper .
