yes, m.l khanna is one of the best books for jee preparation , but u need to practice it as much as possible for getting into any one of the iit .
here are some other good books also u can refer to that for jee prep , but stick to only 1 book as many books will create confusion to you .
1- OBJECTIVE MATHEMATICS BY R D SHARMA
2- JEE MATHEMATICS BY TATA MCGREW HILLS
3- PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTION PAPER OF JEE BY MTG PUBLICATION
4- JEE MATHEMATICS BY M L KHANNA ( SUBJECTIVE VERSION )
