@ faizan 
if u are preparing for jee exams , then do focus more on numericals beacuse they will ask u always numericals , and only inorganic chemistry theory . 
and if medical entrances then it will be theory all around . 
and concept clearance u need ncert textbook reading frst and dnt think only clear concept will help u in nuemrical solving , u need to practice numericals everyday , and also maintain the constancy ,
