if you are poor in mathematics then only practice is the solution try from ncert and then increase level step by step
you will achieve it.but consistency is must

then go for difficult questions.

there are many tricks on the internetor youtube you can find to memorize things in chemistry

Build confidence by doing easy things atfirst
