plxxx helpppp me out with log prblms … how to find out the value of log 654 or log 345 ?? i often face questions like this .. how to find log values in the xam since we cannot take the help of log tables thr .. plxx help ..

See,you need to remember some specific values like log2,log3,log5log7..etc.infact this much is enough.

now just try out for some guessing purpose..like 654 is somewhere near to 625..which can be easily calculated as log 625=4 log 5 (assuming that u know some basic log properties)..it is very near to actual value..and hence you are doone.

log 67..67 near to 64=2^6..so log 67 is approx.,6log2..
