Please check the p(x) 
, It is not decreasing at 0 , 
The minimum value of p(x) is – infinity , It is getting value 1 at both -1 and 0
So, its root will be complex 
You can not find it by Hit and trail , 
You need to find it by some iterative method or through numerical aproach .
