Is log table allowed in the jee main and advance?????

No , these things are strictly banned in jee main and advanced , the log value that u required for solving ques in jee , will be given in the ques , and the ques paper setter ensure that no ques will left behind which cannot be solved without that log value which are given . 
just u need to remember some besic log value , in which u can add or substract to it and get the answer .

the offline paper u have to appear the entrance test in the center with a omr sheet and the ques paper , and the form filling cost will be 1000 for it , the ques level are generally same in both the modes of exam , 
in online paper u have to go to the center and u will answer the ques in computers with a mouse . 
and rough sheet will be given to you for calculation , the form filling cost will be 500 for that case . 
the vrest things like pattern , difficulty are all same . 
in online paper u will get 1 week more time than offline one .
