In our house,suppose a bulb, an electric heater, washing machine and many other appliances of different powers are connected in parallel to a 220V source.
Will the potential difference across each of these appliances always be 220V? Will they draw the same current? Please give some examples also.

In Parallel connection, Potential across every appliances would be same, but distribution of current is changed as per their resistance value.

According to Ohm’s law, V = I R, If V = constant, then I \alpha 1/R
