In enthalpy H=U+PV this PV energy is required to make space for the system and I think this energy comes from internal energy itself.Then why PV is added when it should be subtracted as this energy flows from system to surrounding

Dear Sharad,
PV energy is required to make space for the system, so PV work is done on the surroundings this is not the energy present in the system then.
