dear shrammana 
nothing to worry about ,for iiser u need to score 80-85 percent in your board exam and then to attend its entrance test , 
the entrance test syllabus are based on cbse syllabus , so, try to match your syllabus with ncert , 
and for maths , just take r d sharma and practice it . 
for physics , h c verma , is the ultimate solution , and for biology , if possible take ncert , else your state board books will be fine . 
and after completetion of syllabus , just do the last 5 years ques paper , they will help you so much .
