Go for CSE or ECE, and you can try seeking admission at
MCKV Institute of Engineering, Howrah
Lovely Professional University, Phagwara

As per your procedure of selecting Engineering branches for JEE candidates ; will I get any of the branches in NITs , IIITs , GFTIs ?

You’ll have to check the cutoff list of IIT where you wish to be and for NIT you need to clear JEE Advanced
