i am not willing to stick to a private clg. i am very disinterested with this. van u suggest me a pathway by ehich i can leave this clg and go for any good clg in national level

are u doing engg currently anywhere ?? 
if so, then you can complete btech from their and can do mtech from iit also by appearing GATE . 
and other options are – you can change in 2^nd year also , if your GPA are too good , in 1^st year . 
and if you are in 12^th , then appear jee , and get into iit /nit , which are govt . 
and not all private colleges are good , some are good and have placement record .
