Well I started my preparation of JEE in 10^th so I think I can help you.

Theory
Physics: I think resnick is a very good book for developing foundations, it’s an easy read (especially if you know basics of calculus) for class tenth and will develop a strog phy foundation for 11^th and 12^th as well.

Chemistry: I think OP Tandon or P Bahdur is good for starting off

To build up your foundations there is an epic book for questions(Attaching a screenshot). You should definitely do that
