Hi..
Kindly mention specifically whether you are talking about JEE Mains paper or JEE Advance paper.
If as described by you, the score 190-210 in JEE mains is actually little less to get into NIT with streams like CSE or ECE.
But, there are chances that you can get Architecture branch in NITs.
Lets hope for the best.

You have no chance to get the seat for B Arch as you are not in the cutoff range.
