how to solve this RC circiut in attached image? One plates has zero net charge whereas othe as -Q. Which plates i must use while applying KVL

Dear student 
0 charge at one plate will be considered more +ve as compared to -ve charge , 
So, Direction of Electric field wil be from 0 to -ve charge in capacitor.
and current will flow in the direction of electric field.
