Hlow sir I have wasted my 11 completely but now I am damn serious . What routine should I adopt to achieve iit . And pls tell clearly that now there are chances to grab iit or not??

yes , for sure , but u need to keep revising the things , alert 10-15 days this summer vacation for class 11^th revision , u can enter into iit . 
and make sure 12^th will not go waste , u need to learn everything in 12^th . 
and just learn the besics from 11^th as of now like trigonometry , limt derivatives , etc . 
and then start . 

kindly tell me your school and coaching time , and how much time u need for recretion , and i will make a time table for you
