hi sir i am from bihar but have studied in am i permitted to apply 4 jee exam as i have passed 12 in nepal

If you are an Indian citizen than you are permitted to write all the exams and can take normal route for admission but if you are not and Indian citizen than you can write only JEE Mains and you can take admission in any of NITS or any private institute via DASA.
